1. Sales (preferably field sales)/B2C sales. Leads and appointments will be provided by Lead Generation team.
2. Responsible for revenue generation and achieving monthly sales target.
3. Responsible and accountable for meeting clients and sales closure as per deadlines.
4. Acquiring new clients.
5. Represent Mindware brand to clients and explain them the most suitable products, services & packages as per their requirements.
6. Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
7. Capitalize on prospective clients by offering them best suitable products.
8. Responsible for sales conversion by maintaining and expanding client database within the assigned territory.
